The distance between major east - west streets in Appleton is one mile. The star marks the location of Home-Away, making US Hwy. 41 about one mile north of our guest home. Home-Away is not located directly on Richmond St., but in a neighborhood one block east of Richmond.

Northland Mall includes restaurants, Festival Foods grocery store, two large department stores. There are various neighborhood restaurants along Richmond Street near Home-Away.

Fox River Mall and Fox Cities Stadium are west of Home-Away, adjacent to US 41, marked in blue on the map. These locations include many restaurants and shopping facilities.

The Performing Arts Center (PAC) is in downtown Appleton, due south of Home-Away about two miles.
