FAVORITE BOOKS - besides mine
"Decorative Marshallese Baskets" by Judy Mulford (not for the faint of heart) - though out of print, this book is available at The Caning Shop and the techniques adapt well to pine needles and raffia.
"Handmade Baskets" by Lyn Siler (contains one pine needle basket pattern and a multitude of reed basket patterns)
Check your local library for books on pine needle and coiled basketry.
